NOTES: I got this show from the taper's sister, so it should be a fairly low generation, if not the master. Jonathan Kingham reportedly played with Glen for this show, but I can't be 100% sure of the supporting performer's identity. Supposedly Glen's friend "Jesse" also played along, but I can only hear one additional performer. I am not sure if the FM broadcast was ever taped, so this audience recording is all we have, for now.
